Meet Dr. Surbhi Puri, BDS CAGS
Dr. Surbhi Puri brings extensive experience and a gentle, patient-centered approach to endodontic care. After moving to Texas in 2019 from Virginia, she has been proud to serve patients throughout Houston and neighboring communities.
Originally from Punjab, India, Dr. Puri earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree and practiced as a general dentist in both private and public health sectors, where her passion for endodontics first took shape. She later completed her postgraduate residency and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) in Endodontics from the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University in 2013.
Dr. Puri previously served as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Endodontics at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, where she trained both predoctoral and graduate students. She remains an active member of the American Association of Endodontists and is committed to lifelong learning and staying at the forefront of advancements in her field.
With expertise in both nonsurgical and surgical endodontic therapy, Dr. Puri combines advanced technology—such as CBCT imaging and operating microscopes—with precision and care to deliver the highest quality outcomes for her patients. She takes great pride in helping patients find relief from dental pain and preserve their natural teeth in the most comfortable way possible.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Puri enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, cooking, and painting. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
